A pregnancy update: Week 11 and changing roles

Mr. Mom
Many of you know that Anthony and I have switched roles. I am working and he is staying at home with the kids. He is doing a great job, he gets them dressed in the morning, feeds them, keeps the house decenly clean, takes Grace to wherever she needs to go and takes the kids to the park. Anthony hasn't yet taken over the role of making dinner but the amount of work is has been doing with the kids and keeping house have been so worth it.
Thanks honey!!!
And just to make you laugh here is a link to Lonestar's Mr. Mom Music Video.
This week baby is roughly 1 1/2 inches long and the size of a fig! The baby is almost fully formed and he/she is busy kicking and moving (although I don't feel it).
Weight Gained:
After my date night and this past weekend (all those Super Bowl yummies I ate) I have gained 4 pounds! I need to slow down a bit but food is ten times yummier when I'm pregnant.
Morning sickness:
I don't want to jinks myself or anything but the morning sickness is slowly getting better. I do feel a little queezy in the morning but it is nothing like it was before. Thank you God!
Lets see, where should I start? I'm craving everything! Well maybe not everything. Watermellon, apples, cookie crisp cereal, salad, Jimmy John's unwich (no mayo), veggie sushi rolls, Goldenspoon Frozen Yogurt, and pickles. And no, I do not eat pickles and Goldenspoon together YUCK.
What did you all crave when you were pregnant?
Am I the only one in the world that goes crazy the first three months of being pregnant? With every pregnancy I have a bit of an emotional breakdown the first three months. What is the deal? I am extra sensitive, get annoyed easily and need lots of time to myself. I am not looking forward to menopause. Soon my hormones will go back to normal and I will enter my favorite trimester of happiness and energy.
Also all these crazy hormones cause me to have the most wildest dreams ever. Last night I dreamed that I was Guilianna Ransic's personal assistant. Who knows where that came from?
My prayer for this week is that God would give me the enery and patience to parent my children. That I would be able to focus on them and take care of my needs. I also want to pray that Anthony and I would continue to grow closer together and our faith in God would grow stronger.
I also want to pray for this sweet baby growing inside of me. That God would protect him or her and keep him/her safe as he/she develops. I pray that this baby (along with Luke, Olivia and Grace) would come to know the Lord and follow Him all the days of their life. I pray that my children would be close to one another and support eachother throughout their lives.

Believe it or not I did eat pickles and ice cream together when I was pregnant. So gross! And lucky you, my morning sickness lasted until I was 17 weeks!

You are definitely not that only one that goes crazy the first three months. I would literally hide from my customers at work because I was afraid I would flip out on them!
I think it's great that your hubby stays home; you guys are so lucky!

Hi Melanie! I am not yet a mom so I can't relate anything :D But as they say, motherhood is one the greatest blessings and opportunities every woman could ever have. Savor the moment and I wish you well in the entire pregnancy.
